Immi is playing dres-up. Tutu and princess cape and faery wand!

Immi got her first pair of rain boots! What good are rainy days (and there’s lots of those here!) if you don’t get to wear rain boots??

Moving truck is still not here. There’s only so many days you can sleep on the floor so we got a bed. Immi seems to think it’s comfortable.

Immi can easily open the fridge door here (we gotta go get fridge lock probably…). She helped herself to some pickles. She put on her pink polka-dotted sweater [...]

When I told immi that we were going out, she wanted me to brush her hair and put on a hairclip.

Who needs a shirt when you can just wear lots of sparkly things!?

Immi is wearing HelloKitty ears which she got from her Ojiichan’s colleague in Japan (Hi!! Immi loves wearing it!) and eating some jellybeans.

We are at immi’s grandparents for dinner. We’ve walked to the park nearby.

Immi is beading. She’s been doing this often lately (…and the pink tutu wearing). Today, she is stringing just the pink ones.

We are at Todd’s friend’s. She is being spoiled with more jewelries than would fit on her!

We just got this craft apron for $1 at Michaels. Immi seems to enjoy wearing it. It’ll come in handy when we play with paints and glitter sticks!

Immi decided that wearing swimming goggles on her head is totally THE new look. She is playing with Hello Kitty block puzzle (she doesn’t know that it makes six different big pictures, she just enjoys putting them neatly back in the box) at the moment.

Immi has been really into wearing backpack around the house. This one is actually a diaper bag with all sorts of stuff in it for her baby doll.

The little fashion queen has fleecy hoodie, striped pink Hello Kitty socks, jelly shoes and no skirt on.

Immi is wearing her dad’s beanie and wrist cuff.

And she really really wants to play my sparkly pink bass!

How can I say ‘no’ when she looks at me like that? …so I got it off the rack for her to play.

Immi has been wearing the letter “C” of her alphabet puzzle mat on her head. I’m not sure what she thinks it is, a tiara? She is checking herself out in the mirror.

Immi is going to be turning 2  years-old in just 3 weeks! She must be getting suddently bigger lately because she is growing [...]

I had the last of the 5 hour driving lesson today so Immi was at her grandmoms for a bit. She came home with a bow in her hair and matching mittens! She seems to like the bow and has been keeping it on for past several hours. She is eating lunch now.

Immi found a new storage solution for her necklaces. I think that her Auntie Junko will find this entertaining since she was just telling me how she was looking for a way to organize her earrings.

Immi figured out how to use step-stools (in this case a big puffy pillow) to reach things out of reach. She can also open the dvd slot, load it correctly and with some trial and error (can’t read the tiny descriptions above the buttons yet) get it to play all by herself.

…of fashion variety. It’s past midnight and immi should really be sleeping but instead she wants to go out. She grabbed her favorite skirt out of the laundry basket (she wore it earlier in the day) and put it on over her polka-dotted brown onsie. She picked out a pair of shoes, grabbed a purse [...]

We’ve resumed taking walks this week (we took several week break from walks due to mosquitoes!) and enjoying beautiful weather. Immi suddenly got adventurous and climbed up the play structure!
